Camel
Farmed in Alice Springs, the camels originate from Pakistan. They range in age from 1 to 2 years and have a single hump. The animal has a unique flavour, with a light coloured flesh.

Crocodile
Grown on farms and in the wild of New Guinea and the Northern Territory. The crocodile has white flaky flesh, and unique flavour.

Wild Boar
The Boars have wild flavoured meat, but like most game meats, the product has to be cooked to perfection to gain the maximum dining experience.

Mutton Birds
Sourced from Tasmania, the Mutton-Bird is an oily bird, with dark coloured flesh, and very unique flavour, similar to wild pigeon.

Ostrich
Developed in the South Australia plains. Ostrich meat has a strong game flavour and is dark ruby in colour. 

Emu
Farmed in Tasmania, the Emu’s graze on natural pastures and are provided with grains. They enjoy the clean pastures of Tasmania, which contributes to the dark texture and game flavour.

Hare

Rabbits
